We were doing backups regularly, and thought we were doing the right thing – until we needed to retrieve a file that somebody accidently deleted. We couldn’t get any data off our backup tapes – nobody had thought to verify that they were working. It took us weeks and many man hours to re-enter everything back into our system. I wouldn’t be without Business-Backup now, I don’t need to worry about my data – I know it is safe and retrievable.
